Our weekly package
The weekly package includes the breakfast buffet and the final cleaning; there is about a 5% discount.

Usefull:
dinner: in our partner hotel Schwarzer Adler at Seis. This hotel is managed by the sister of Mrs. Egger and is a traditional, fine house that will spoil your palate with culinary raffinate 5-6 course menus.  Finest foods of the south tyrolean and italian kitchen with exclusive wines. If you have dinner every day of the week the price of a 5- 6 course menu is  € 26,00 a day per person without drinks, after 7 days Euro 25,00 a day per person without beverage ( with exception of the gala menu on the 15 th of August - Ferragosto). Price reductions for children: 0-3 years 75%, 4-6 years 50%, 7-13 years 25%, after 14 years it is to pay the full amount.
Price per menu ( per person without drinks) for single days a week: monday, tuesday,  thursday and saturday Euro 31,00; wednesday ( sweet buffet), friday ( fish and cheese specialities) Euro 34,00; sunday " tyrolean evening" and 1st January Euro 38,00;  24th, 25 th and 26 th December € 40,00, New Year's eve de luxe dinner with aperitif about Euro 86,00.
Bathrobe: you can have our flausy bathrobe by paying a charge of 5,00 € / week in the sizes: baby, children, L and XXL.
Bread service: fresh and crisp bread is available daily at breakfast buffet on request. Please order your bread the day before within 4.00 pm.
Children: Family vacation is a special kind! You need more room in the car. We rent you a high chair and a cot for 6,00 € a day. On reservation we can give you babyphon, walking car and a bottle warmer. One child until 8 years old ( born after 28th November 2001) is free of charge from 06th to 29 th of January and from 14th march to 06th april 2010. This offer is valid only for a min. staying of 7 days. For the extra family fun we have a child room with many, funny games and nice entertaining.
Daily cleaning:  gladly we clean your appartament every day. For this service we charge € 15,00 a day for appartement type ( B/C/E/F) and € 20,00 for appartement  type A;  without  cleaning of the kitchen  corner.
Internet: you can surfe trough Internet wireless. We charge for half an hour 2 €, for an hour 4,00 € and for 6 days 18,00 €.

Micro wafe: You need a fast warm up? No problem with the micro wafes for 4,00 € a day.
Morning breakfast: generous morning breakfast buffet within modern biologic viewpoints from 08.00 to 10.00 am for gourmets and healthy conscious peaple. Price per child: 2-3 years 3,00 €; 4-6 years 5,00 €; 7-13 years 7,00 €; from 14 years on 12,50 €.  Gladly we bring morning breakfast to your room/appartement: we charge € 16,00 per person.
Oven: special foods need special equipments. Gladly you can rent an oven. We calculate 4,00 € a day.
Videorecorder: today is TV evening! Your best vacation videos, funny Walt Disney Videos or other films you can watch in your appartement/ room. To rent the recorder we ask € 4,00 a day.
Washroom: to clean your daily  laundry we have a room with a washing and drying machine. Per washcourse and dryer we charge € 5,00.

Important information
Arrival: your appartement/room is already at your disposal at 3 pm. Please call us, if you arrive after 6 pm.
Cancellation: cancellation within 3 months of your arrival: payment for three days; within 28 days of your arrival: 100% of the total amount is due. For late arrival or early departure we also have to charge the full price. The cancellation must be in written form at the management within the above mentioned periods of time before the agreed arrival day of the guest.
Therefore we recommend cancellation insurance.
Dogs and other four legged: we ask all  animal owners for your understanding, that
the four legged friends with own cot are accepted if there is an agreement. Price a day 13,00 € without food. In the interest of all other guests the four legged can not enter day room, dinner room and bath rooms.
Final cleaning: final cleaning of your appartement costs € 51,50 for appartement type A one time. For all other types we ask 41, 50 €.
Departure: we ask you to liberate the appartement/room on the day of departure by 10 am.
Payment of the bill: you can pay your bill  the day before you are leaving. Gladly we accept cash or check payment.  We accept credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, or Eurocard.
Price list: these prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days; for a stay of 1 day we have a supplementary charge of 20%, for 2 days 10%. This price list replaces all former price lists. Price changes, stamp errors or mistakes or offer changes included. If there is a mistake on our offer or reservation confirmation, valid is the stamped price list.
Single rooms: we don't have single rooms yet. You can reserve a double room as single room. You will have a price reduction of 30% in the low seasons and of 20% in the high season of the double  room price.
Sofa bed: price per person: children to 3 years in cot 6, 00 € per day,  3– 14 years 10,00 € a day; after 14 years old 15,00 €. From 06th to 29 th January and from 14th to 06th april 2010 child
till 8 years old ( born after 28th November 2001) is free of charge. This offer is valid only for a min. staying of 7 days.
Rooms/Appartements: we can not promise to reserve particular rooms or floors at the time of reservation, but we will always take into consideration your wish. – The floor plans of the apartments or bedrooms can slightly vary.
