The breakfast buffet – high quality food to tempt your palate
Our breakfast buffet is prepared for all senses of taste and for your health. The majority of the food comes from local farms with controlled organic cultivation. We offer freshly squeezed fruit juices and vitamin drinks made of fresh vegetable and fruit. Organic eggs, fresh sheep’s milk cheese and goat’s butter; there is a variety of bread rich with fibres, coarsely ground cereals, healthy muesli and soy milk. We can also offer Nordic salmon or Parma ham. There is a range of fragrant teas with herbs from controlled organic cultivation. An electric flake mill guarantees the pure quality of the ingredients.
A part of the best
Dinner is served in our partner hotel Schwarzer Adler in Siusi which is run by Mrs Egger’s sister. The Schwarzer Adler is a very fine house, rich in tradition; it is famous for its home-style South Tyrolean cooking and Italian Cuisine and their high quality wines.
