Useful information about your stay at the Nature Residence Hotel Dolomitenhof in the Alpe di Siusi skiing and hiking area.

Dinner: Cinzia will spoil your palate with refined culinary delicacies. Finest foods of the South Tyrolean and Italian kitchen with exclusive wines. Try our dishes on Wednesday evening.

Bathrobes: Fluffy bathrobes are available free of charge.

Bread service: Daily fresh and crispy bread rolls, available at the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast: From 7:30 am to 10:00 am generous breakfast buffet according to modern organic principles, for gourmands and health-conscious people. Price per day and per person. For children: 2-3 years €6.00; 3-13 years €11.00, from 14 years up €16.00.

Internet: Free Wi-Fi access.

Children: Family vacation is a special kind! Also because everything you need requires a lot of space in your car. Therefore we are happy to provide you with high chairs and baby beds. During the months of June, September and October and during ski holidays the stay for a child up to the age of 8 is free. This offer is valid only for a minimum stay of 7 days.

Daily cleaning: You can have your apartment cleaned every day. The price of this service for apartments of category B/C/E is €30.00/day, for apartments of category A €40.00/day; kitchen cleaning is excluded.

Laundry: A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for your linen. We charge €10.00 per washing cycle with drying.

Arrival: The apartments will be available from 3:00 pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm.

Departure: We kindly ask you to leave the apartments before 10:00 am.

Rooms / Apartments: We cannot promise to reserve particular rooms or floors at the time of reservation, but we will always take into consideration your wish. The floor plans of the apartments or bedrooms can slightly vary.

Single rooms: You can reserve a double room as single room. We charge +50% on the unit price for this.

Sofa bed: Price per person. Children up to 13 years €30.00/day, from 14 years up €40.00/day.

Final cleaning: For the final cleaning of the apartment there will be a charge of €70.00 for category A apartments, and €60.00 for all other apartment categories.

Payment of the bill: You can pay your bill the day before you are leaving. We accept credit cards like Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard.

Dogs and other four legged: We ask all animal owners for your understanding, that the four legged friends with own cot will only be admitted by prior agreement. Price €15.00/day, food excluded. In the interest of all guests, animals are not allowed in the swimming pool, sauna, dining room and in the common wet areas.

Cancellation:
• For cancellations up to 31 days prior to the arrival no fee will be charged.
• For cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival, 40% of the accommodation costs will be charged.
• For cancellations from 14 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival, 60% of the accommodation costs will be charged.
• For cancellations within 7 days before the date of arrival, 70 % of the accommodation costs will be charged.
• In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, there will be no refund for the payed services.
